Tickets are non-refundable, however, we have partnered up with Tixel as our official re-sale partner. Tixel provide a safe and easy place for you to sell your ticket to another fan so if you can no longer attend the event, please go to<a href="https://tixel.com/uk/London/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"> </a><a href="https://tixelhelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-au" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">tixel.com/sell </a>and follow the prompts. The name on the ticket does not have to match the person using it, however, re-sale of tickets outside of our official re-sale partner, Tixel, is strictly forbidden and could result in your tickets being cancelled. No camping.Dogs - Dog tickets are available for Weekend no camping, Pitch &amp; Park, Live-In, and day ticket holders.<h4>Glamping &amp; Pre-pitched</h4>If you want to stay in accommodation in the separate Glamping Campsite, you will need to purchase a Premium Camping Ticket from our ticket page, and then purchase your Glamping accommodation separately from our Glamping provider. Includes a supply of up to 16 amps <h4>High Falootin’ VIP Upgrades</h4>The High Falootin’ VIP is located in the Rhinestone arena and gives guests a unique vantage point to watch the action in the main arena.Kick back into some comfy seating, enjoy a boozy beverage from the dedicated, premium bar with performances from the VIP stage.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Be sure to bag yourself a spot around one of the campfires… it’s our little oasis in the midst of the&nbsp;festival.Guests have access to premium toilets throughout the weekend. <h4>Payment Plans</h4>The payment plan option is available on all camping and weekend adult tickets. You will pay the first instalment (plus 100% of all fees) at the time of booking, followed by the remaining instalments according to the schedule provided on the ticket page. Ticket Types

Under 16s (15 years and under) must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. A maximum of one under 16 can be accompanied by an adult aged 18-20, and four under 16s can be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or over. We strongly advise that persons aged 16-17 or below obtain the permission of a parent or legal guardian before attending the Event.Proof of age may be required on entry and all bars operate a strict Challenge 25 Policy.<ul><li>Recognised and accepted forms of ID are as follows:</li><li>Driving or provisional (photo) licence</li><li>Passport</li><li>Proof of age card with a PASS (hologram) logo</li></ul>At the festival entrance we will accept clear colour photocopies of passports and driving licences. The festival reserves the right to refuse admission if there is any doubt that the ticket holder is under the entry age requirement.

Age Restrictions

Camping ticket holders will be allowed to re-enter the campsite at any time by showing their wristband.There is no re-entry for Day ticket and Weekend No Camping ticket holders. Please note, if a Weekend No Camping ticket holder leaves the site on Saturday, they will not be re-admitted until the arena re-opens on Sunday.We do also understand that certain extreme circumstances can arise where leaving the site is essential. In this case, security will use their discretion and permission won’t be unreasonably withheld.Attendees will be able to take their chairs and or blankets back to their cars during the festival, specifically during times when the arena asks that chairs and ground blankets are removed.
