You’ll find barbecue across the Long Road this year. From new flavours to returning favourites such as the Texas Smoker you’ll be spoilt for choice and, if you’re looking for that slightly more elevated dining experience, The Red Dog Saloon will providing the ultimate celebration of American BBQ with their on site restaurant.

Smoke & Fire will sit at the heart of the festival’s food experience, providing the stories behind the techniques that make BBQ special, food competitions and even come moonshine happy hours with our old friends at O’Donnells.
